  1. Enter the amount you would like to transfer to your Xchanged account.
  2. You will be given a system-generated code with deposit instructions which will be sent to your email on file as well.
  3. You will need to do the following steps upon creation of request:
    1. Please check that your bank supports sending via Zelle. Zelle is available (but not limited to) the following banks:
      • First Hawaiian Bank
      • Bank of Hawaii
      • Navy Federal Credit Union
      • Coast 360
      • and more...
    2. Create funding request with your Xchanged account specifying the amount you would like to transfer.
    3. Go to your banking app and locate payment via Zelle.
    4. Send to the following account with the specified amount in step two:
      • Pay To : Xchanged Inc.
    5. Once your deposit has been confirmed, your account will be credited. (This is usually the next banking day after your request is made through your Bank's app)
    6. If this is your initial request, you may need to verify your identity by calling the bank (specific instructions may differ between banks).
    7. After a successful Zelle transfer, you should receive a confirmation email from your bank.
    8. Funds will be credited the next banking day (this may take longer depending on bank regulations on transactions with higher amounts).
Please note that Zelle limits and cutoffs are not the same for every bank and may differ between banks
